Computer Router Dimensional Lettering

Cut with our computer controlled router, any letter or shape is possible. These may be flush mounted onto most substrata, or fixed with stand off fittings, to appear raised from the substrata. Design it and we can cut it out. We'll paint it, ship it or install it for you. Materials include acrylics, foamboard, wood, aluminum (vinyl faced or powder coated), and stainless steel (plain, brushed or polished mirror finish).

Dimensional letters add an element of class and sophistication to your facility. They are available in a variety of sizes, type styles and materials.

The result is a three dimensional sign with visual impact.

Unlike plasma cutting there is no need for grinding and sanding of edges. The cut is square. The router is capable of cutting 1.6mm to 32mm thick aluminium as well as cutting plastics, timber, brass and copper.
